Crossover Nitrogen System™
The CNS is a complete low profile, high pressure system with forces up to 17,400 lbs. per cylinder and no hoses. Shorter and with more force than the standard gas spring and baseplate system, the CNS is simple to install and easy to maintain and service.

Manifolds
and Press Cushions
Forward
manifold systems are the best method of producing high-pressure pad forces. We
offer both standard manifold systems to 1500 psi or a high-pressure system to
2000 psi that allows the die builder to concentrate force in a smaller area.
Forward
modular press cushions, ideal for smaller presses, group three or four nitrogen
die cylinders to provide a powerful and compact cushion. These are easily installed,
no matter how limited the space under the bolster plate.
